How do I reset my password?

Click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Can I have multiple Bottrs?

Yes, you can create and manage multiple bottrs within your account. Click the Bottr name on top left and a dropwdown will appear to Add another Bottr"

How can I share or embed my Bottr in other places?

Your Bottr has a unique identity / URL that you can use anywhere you want. You can simply share its URL, embed it as a widget on websites, or integrate more deeply with your application using your Bottr assistant's API. Click the Share button on the Bottr header to learn more about all the options.

How do I update my Bottr's knowledge base?

Go to the bots store in your Bottr and click the Knowledge bot to add any resources (files or URLs). Your Bottr will then automatically answer questions based on this provided information or data.

How can I see all the bots and create a custom bot?

You can click the Bots icon on the chat header and see all the available Bots. To create a custom bot, simply click the "Add custom bot" at the bottom left to open the bot editor. Inside the editor, you will be able to add the instructions and connect any relevant data or information sources this bot must use.

What if my Bottr doesn't give good output?

Bottr is designed to provide helpful responses based on its training and available information. However, please note that AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or factual. It is important to verify the results independently. If you do not receive the desired output, feel free to try rewording your query or changing the tone to achieve better results. Your feedback is valuable in enhancing the system's performance and accuracy over time.

What is Bottr Unlimited?

The Bottr Unlimited plan lets you generate unlimited tokens but with a Fair Usage Policy to avoid misuse/abuse of services.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Here are the steps you can follow:
1. log in to your account
2. click your name/profile picture at the bottom left of the screen
3. go to the billing tab
4. click manage subscription to renew or cancel your plan
