what is your fitness routine
I'm quite athletic I was sports captain in my school and mostly my motivation and envy is reason to my motivation.i start my dad by waking up doing 50 sit stands 40 crunches 30 side crunches then 100 push up I keep increasing the number everyday for each exercise when I feel almost dead I drink orange juice and then go out for a mile run and before sleeping I do the same routine
